All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, MurrayMae Baby Gifts Limited will notify you immediately should an item be out of stock.

Goods value £7.00 - £29.99 - Postage and packaging cost £3.95

Goods value £30.00 - £49.99 - Postage and packaging cost £5.95

Goods value £50.00 - £74.99 - Postage and packaging cost £7.95

Goods value £75.00 and over - Postage and packaging cost £10.95

For orders placed by cheque, MurrayMae Baby Gifts Limited will contact you to confirm clearance of cheque before goods are dispatched.

Should a parcel not arrive please contact us with your customer order number and we will assist.

Please note MurrayMae Baby Gifts Limited cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed parcels once they are shipped.

Should a parcel be unclaimed and subsequently returned to MurrayMae Baby Gifts Limited, we will only re-ship the goods on receipt of an additional p&p charge, or we will offer a refund minus the p&p charge.

Please note that once shipped delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that this is not so please contact MurrayMae Baby Gifts Limited for a customer returns number and return the goods in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund. Customers will be given a full refund minus postage and packaging costs.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels – please obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.
